Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them, provided food preparation has not started.
Once the restaurant has begun preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for valid reasons such as wrong items delivered, missing items, or poor food quality verified by our team.
If payment was made online, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For cash on delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer upon confirmation.

No Refund Scenarios

No refund or cancellation will be provided once the order has been delivered successfully.
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer will not be eligible for refund or redelivery.
Customer dissatisfaction based on taste preferences will not qualify for a refund.
